Being certified under this industrial norm confirms that the quality management in our Company corresponds to the given standards or even exceed them. With this certification, ISOKOMP GmbH & Co. KG confirms that the internal processes of the quality management correspond to the high level exacting requirements of the ISO norm.
Certification by TÜV Hessen (official technical institute)
This technical institute has certified our Company after extensive expertises on site. The audit confirms that our Company is a reliable enterprise, respecting quality standards above average. Quality standard means also the good organisation structure of the enterprise, efficient process creation, transparent operating and measurable results. The certification includes also communication and planning competences, as well as criterions for performance evaluation, after sales service, resources management and the realisation of quality targets.

The target of the norm ISO 9001 is a continuous improvement of a process oriented quality management system to improve the satisfaction of the customer. This means verification of the quality management according to criterions like customer’s orientation, responsibility of the management, integration of the participating persons and continuous improvements.
